THE COMMISSION PROCESS

The commission process begins with a conversation between the artist and client. We will discuss the details of your commission generally, such as size and palette. The client will send Isabella relevant details such as images of fabric swatches, pictures of the room, etc.

PROPOSAL

Isabella will send a formal PDF proposal for your approval, including your color palette and examples of past work. This proposal is the most accurate estimate to how the final work will look - please leave room for artist liberties as the nature of her art style is unpredictable and free.

Proposal approval and 50% deposit due one week after receipt.

ARTWORK

Once your proposal is approved, Isabella will prepare your custom materials and begin. Please allow 8-10 weeks for the entire process, including materials preparation, artwork creation, and drying time.

SHIPMENT

Isabella will send a final update for your approval. Client may request up to one edit (completed at artist discretion). The final balance, shipping and handling fees, and applicable taxes are due before shipment.

Your artwork will be packed and shipped with the highest safety standards, and arrive signed with a certificate of authenticity.

Your artwork is GUARANTEED to be a custom, hand-painted original (not a reproduction print) created for you by Isabella Rae.
